Elevated Pizza

Can’t stop eating the pizza here! I love the fresh basil on the side- always a generous amount. Crust is always crispy. And always a lot of cheese. They also offer single pieces for lunch!

Elevated Pizza is a special Pizzeria. You don't find many other pizzerias that put such attention to detail with their dough, ingredients, and hospitality. We weren't entirely familiar with Roman style Taglio pizza, but the staff were very patient and friendly with us and steered us the right way. We went with two orders of Roman style slices and one Classic Round pizza. The Roman style was something I never had before: very crisp on the bottom, pillowy and light on top. The variety of textures and flavors were exceptional. Elevated really opened my eyes to Roman style Taglio pizza. It's just too bad it can be difficult to find pizzerias that make Roman style pizza in North America. The round pie was just as exceptional. The dough had a lot of depth with very savory notes and an excellent crispy texture. The ingredients used on each respective style of pizza were fresh and high quality. I will definitely be back again to try more of their other offerings. Elevated was a very clean and hygenic looking restaurant. The shopping plaza that Elevated is in has such a nice atmosphere that was clean and spacious. A lot of nice Mom and Pop shops to check out, so it is a very charming spot.

Every time I go to Elevated Pizza, I’m reminded why it’s the best artisan pizza in the valley. They do it consistent lyalways fresh, always elevated. Local produce straight from farmers here in the valley, paired with authentic Italian ingredientsit’s the perfect mix of homegrown and traditional. Honest you can truly taste the passion in every bite.
